Like our Za'atar Blend, Chimichurri’s superpower is to make just about anything taste better. So much so, Chimichurri can be the perfect complement to any meal of the day, any time of day. Don’t believe us? Let’s map it out:

  • Breakfast Rise and shine, Chimi Dean. Chimichurri can be a great addition to eggs from sunny side up to scrambled. Sub in Chimichurri for hollandaise for an Argentinian twist on Eggs Benedict. Give it a go on avocado toast or serve it as a dip for a breakfast sandwich.
  • Lunch Get your midday Chimichurri fix by topping off some tacos or using it as a salad dressing. For an unexpected delight, try it on a watermelon salad with paneer cheese and quinoa. Chimichurri is also a great dip for sandwiches or empanadas.
  • Dinner Fire up the grill. The most common application of Chimichurri is atop grilled meats, specifically steak. It works, however, over any number of other proteins from land or sea. For vegan and vegetarian lifestyles, try drizzling (or, in our case, dousing) it over roasted eggplant, tofu, potatoes or a vegetable medley.
