2 15 oz. cans chickpeas, thoroughly drained and rinsed
2 tbsp olive oil
Kosher salt, to taste

1 tbsp RawSpiceBar's spices of choice:

Ras el Hanout
Chinese Five Spices
Taco Seasoning
Chili Powder
Memphis BBQ Rub
Ancho Chiles
Bourbon Smoked Paprika



1. Heat the oven to 400°F and arrange a rack in the middle.
2. Place the chickpeas in a large bowl and toss with the remaining ingredients and spices, until evenly coated. Spread chickpeas in an even layer on a rimmed baking sheet and bake until crisp, about 30 to 40 minutes.
