Calling this a cookbook is admittedly a bit of a stretch, but Matt and Ted Lee's perspective on the crazy, sometimes treacherous world of high-end catering is a must-read for the foodie in your life.

Since we're obsessed with Hulu's "The Bear" it's no surprise to see Consulting Producer (and actor) Matty Matheson on this list. We love his style in the kitchen, and so will any home cook.
