2 pounds bone-in chicken wings

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 tablespoons RawSpice Bar Xinjiang Blend

Coarse salt, or soy sauce salt

Fresh ground pepper

Green onions, for garnish

 

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, toss chicken wings with oil and Xinjiang Blend, then season with salt and pepper. 
  3. Place on a foil-lined, rimmed sheet tray and roast until golden brown and crispy, about 30 minutes. 
  4. Remove the wings, garnish with green onions, and serve immediately.
