Hawaij is a Yemeni spice blend that comes in two types: hawaij for soup and hawaij for coffee. RawSpiceBar, for now, makes a hawaij for coffee. It's hand crafted with freshly ground ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, star anise and fennel. Hawaij is perfect sprinkled into coffee grounds and also happens to be a perfect compliment for coffee baked goods.
