These crispy, baked lemon pepper wings are basted with lemon pepper seasoning and melted butter and use a fraction of the oil of the fried version. They’re an easy weeknight dinner for a late summer night!

Ingredients

2 lbs chicken wings
2 tablespoons canola oil
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 tablespoons lemon-pepper seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F. Toss chicken wings with oil. Place wings on a wire rack set on a foiled baking sheet. Bake 45 minutes.
  2. Remove wings from the oven. Combine melted butter with lemon-pepper seasoning and brush 1/2 liberally onto wings.
  3. Add wings back to oven and bake, another 10-15 minutes, until crispy and golden. Brush wings with remaining 1/2 butter mix, then serve and enjoy!
