These Jamaican jerk marinated shrimp will take you straight to the islands, paired with a crunchy, creamy cabbage and carrot slaw and ready in under 25 minutes.

Ingredients
 
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Jamaican jerk seasoning
12 corn tortillas
1 lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
Avocado, lime wedges, optional
For slaw
1 1/2 cups chopped cabbage
1/2 cup grated carrots
3-4 tbsp sour cream
1 lime, juice only
 
Directions
 
  1. In a large bowl, add shrimp, pinch salt, jerk seasoning, and olive oil. Toss the shrimp to coat.
  2. Combine cabbage, carrots, sour cream and lime juice to make slaw.
  3. In a skillet, cook shrimp at medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Divide shrimp evenly among the warm tortillas. Serve immediately with lime wedges. Enjoy!
