This recipe for Grilled Vadouvan Curry Shrimp is easy and packed with a powerful curry flavor. A great way to combine your grilled shrimp with a curry dish. 

Ingredients

1 tbsp Vadouvan
2 tbsp. olive oil
3 large shallots diced
8 garlic cloves, dived
3/4 tsp. kosher salt
1 1/2 lbs. large shrimp, shelled and deveined
2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
2 scallions, thinly sliced
Lime wedges, for serving

Directions

1. Combine shrimp, oil, 1/2 vadouvan and pinch of salt to coat.
2. In a skillet over medium high heat, add oil. Add shrimp and cook, about 2-3 minutes per side, until shrimp are cooked through. Remove shrimp and set aside.
3. Add shallots, remaining spice, pinch salt and garlic and cook, stirring occasionally, until they start to soften, about 3-4 minutes. 
4. Spoon the shallot, garlic mixture on top of shrimp and finish with dash of lime. Serve over noodles or rice and enjoy!
