1 tablespoon Five Spice Powder
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 head broccoli
1 cup corn or baby corn
1 onion
1 cup carrots, sliced
2 cups kale, chopped
2 large bell peppers, sliced
1/4 cup water
2 teaspoons honey
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 tablespoons rice vinegar
Brown rice, quinoa or rice noodles, to serve

1. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. Add vegetables, salt to taste and five spice powder. Saute, 4-6 minutes. 
2. In a small bowl, combine water, honey and soy sauce. Pour over vegetables over medium low heat, 8-10 minutes. Serve and enjoy over brown rice, quinoa or rice noodles
