yummy stuff, what else can I say! It's strong so you don't need much, adds a really good flavor to things - both spicy and sweet combination. I throw a little in rice while I'm steaming it - adds just a subtle tang. Haven't made curry, but am going to give it a try!
The vadouvan has great depth of flavor without being too hot. We use this in a variety of dishes.
Man, I am so glad I ordered this. It has the curry notes but goes farther with some hints of flavor not normally found in curry powders you purchase at the grocery store. I plan to purchase this again when I run out. It is that good!
