The weather is getting warmer and the scent of freshly-cut grass and grill smoke are in the air. It's that time of year where we gather outside over a cold beverage and meals prepared perfectly over an open flame. If you have tried to make barbecue ribs before, you know that getting that fall-off-the-bone smoky taste is not easy. We have borrowed a technique from chef Aaron Franklin of Franklin Barbecue and paired it with our Memphis Style Barbecue Rub to make the perfect, fall-off-the-bone ribs every time.
