Poultry Seasoning - Salt Free
This is our go to herb-based, salt free, gluten-free poultry seasoning & turkey rub blend for the holidays - though we rarely limit its use to then. Add as a rub in classic roast chicken or turkey or try in stuffing, veggie burgers, soups, vegetable soups and tofu marinades. 1 ounce turkey rub (3 tablespoons) is enough for a 14-16 lb turkey. Hand blended from rubbed sage, thyme, Tellicherry black peppercorns, marjoram, rosemary, celery seed, white peppercorns, Greek oregano, onion granules, garlic granules, ginger.

To roast turkey: Mix 2 tbsp turkey seasoning + 2 tbsp kosher salt. Generously season the turkey cavity with salt and pepper, to taste. Brush the turkey with olive oil, and rub with RawSpiceBar's turkey rub.
Rubbed all over a roast chicken, and it came out great!
Easy to dump this blend of spices into anything chicken and get incredible flavor.

Yes it did take them forever to get it to me but i can't knock the seasonning for that
. I placed online order 11/27. Rcvd email with Track# on 11/29 that my ord was shipped. Checked daily for one week and status of package never changed. Unable to find any phone number for RSP to contact about issue so I emailed on 12/6 enquiring about my order as well as questioning why they do not have a phone number to contact them. Received a response on 12/7 and was advised the following: “I was just notified that we ran out of tins for your spices so we were not able to ship it right away. But we're on it and I left a note for our fulfillment person to prioritize and ship your order today.” I sent subsequent email later same day stating the tracking number still shows no movement and asked if I would receive a new track#. Was advised on 12/8 “I have connected to our fulfillment team and I've confirmed that your shipment was sent by USPS last Friday. Can we give it a day or two for yor tracking to be updated? I am sending along a free $10 gift card that you can use for your next purchase to somehow make it up to you.” On 12/11 I emailed again to advise no change in status of tracking number and that I was ready to cancel. Response received 12/12 that I could expect shipment to be delivered by Friday 12/14 and if does not show up, they would be happy to refund in full. On 12/17 I received my order. Several of the tins were open and spices had spilled into box. Also missing was the $10 gift card I was told I would receive which really didn’t matter because I will NEVER use Raw Spice Bar again, even if they were FREE. In fact I am making it a point to let everyone I know not to order anything from them. This was the worst customer service experience right up there with Qualtry. Lesson learned, do not order anything online if website does not have a customer service phone number to contact a live person.
A one ounce package can actually last me for months...I put it in an air tight container. I want to make homemade stuffing right now just to taste the wonderful blend of spices.....It's my favorite childhood memories.....
