I enjoyed the clean fresh flavor of the Ginger. Gave me just the right flavor with no bitterness. Closest I have found to fresh ginger. I use it when I am in a hurry.
Like the pungent taste of this ginger. Use it as a tea with lemon and honey. Let it settle about 5 minutes after brewing for the sediment to settle before pouring to avoid the sandy sensation.

I add this to my yogurt every day, so I go through this stuff pretty quick. Makes perfect sense to purchase it, and it also has a more intense flavor than the jar I bought at the grocery store. Will confess it's a little messy refilling my jar with this, but still worth it.
Great product! No negatives, only positives. So healthy. I took it out of the bag and put it in glass jars for easy access. I will buy from this seller again.
