Cardamom Recipes & Cooking Tips
Cardamom is used mainly in Indian cooking as well as Middle Eastern cuisine. In Indian recipes, whole cardamom pods are used in preparing basmati rice and various curries. We particularly love ground green cardamom's delicate, ginger like, sweet flavor in sweets and coffees.
Fragrant beyond belief. Very high quality. Added aroma to my food that I was seeking. Will purchase again.
This cardamom is fragrant and delicious! I have purchased this from other sources and it was nowhere near this fragrant. We had a bit of a snafu at first (was sent the wrong cardamom) but a replacement was sent and received without issue. I was able to try the cardamom blend as well (summer cardamom) and it's lovely though I much prefer the green cardamom for baking. This will also work in a pinch for your curries, etc. if you don't have cardamom pods.
For the price you can't bet it. Saving for more cardamom recipes!

Cardamom is an interesting but expensive spice. So a little goes a long way.
