Brisket Rub Recipes & Cooking Tips

When using brisket rub, try to find quality meat with a good percentage of fat. The fat helps with the flavor of the entire dish. Use a ⅓ cup of dry rub for an averagely sized brisket. For best results, cook the meat fat side down so the seasoning completely penetrates the meat and enhances the flavor. Our brisket rub features the smokiness of paprika and the bright flavor of Tellicherry peppercorns.

Finger lickin good brisket rub

Awesome on ribs and brisket! Couple it with some Sweet Baby Rays bbq sauce and you'll be lickin your fingers!

OMG!!!! The seasoning was a HIT!!! It wasn't too sweet but it had a butter pecan taste to it. The seasoning arrived with air packaging the expiration date wasn't for another year.

If you want to take your smoking game to the next level, it starts with this rub.

If you want to take your smoking game to the next level, it starts with this rub. My last two briskets have been amazing with great bark and wonderful flavor.

Thumbs Up for the brisket rub

This rub is fantastic! I used it on a tri tip and BBQ it for three hours on my gas grill. Out of the three tri tips I made that day this is the one people liked best. Its a slightly sweet rub with a nice balance of spice. Goes great with some kind of actual smoking. I use smoking O's on my gas grill.
