Fiery berbere spice is the Ethiopian equivalent of India's garam masala. Made primarily of cayenne peppers, berbere adds depth and heat to Ethiopian stews, meats & poultry and smoky dips. Sneak some into burgers or meatballs or use as a dip with olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, salt and chopped olives.
