I was preparing one of our favorite chicken stews (hominy, butter beans, fire toasted Chile's, tomatoes, peppers, onions, garlic, smoked pork, chicken pieces, spices) when my son came in for a tasting and let me know it was the best batch...ever. The only change was to your Adobo from our other Adobo. My 14 year old son picked up the difference in a stew packed with many flavors.
