RawSpiceBar's User Subscriber Guide

Whether you signed up at the very beginning (December 2014!) or you’re still considering joining, we’re here to guide you through the monthly RawSpiceBar subscription cycle. Just consult this guide to learn what happens when, and how you can make the most out of your flavor kit subscription (hint: free RawSpiceBar flavor kits!).

When You Sign Up

  • Brace your mailbox! Your first kit will ship within 10 days. After that, kits ship on the 10th of every month.

  • Your kit will always include three flavor kits with recipes from a new region.

  • Fill out your flavor profile right after you sign up, so your recipes are tailored to your diet preferences (i.e., vegan, vegetarian, paleo, gluten-free).

  • You’ll be charged for your subscription the day you sign up—it’s $8 a month or $82 a year (that’s 1.5 months free!).

When You Get Billed

  • Monthly subscribers will be charged on the first of each month, and your kit will be shipped out by the 10th.

  • Annual subscriptions are charged in one fell swoop when you sign up.

Once You’re a Subscriber

On the 10th of the month

  • Your RawSpiceBar flavor kit has shipped! Can’t wait till your RawSpiceBar hits your doorstep? Take a look at what’s in the monthly kit via our newsletter or on our website for the latest flavor kits en route to your door. Or you can keep it a surprise—it’s up to you.

During the month

  • You can shop your flavor kit on our shop page, get free shipping on that month’s flavor kits. Check your inbox for emails with insider info about your products, special offers (free gift with purchase, perhaps?), and learn more about cooking with your flavor kits by checking out our recipes, watching our videos, and surfing other stories on the RawSpiceBar blog.

Towards the end of each month

  • You’ll receive updates about your next flavor kit including giveaways, upcoming partnerships, and ways to customize your kit with special items from RawSpiceBar.

What’s your cancellation policy?

  • We’d hate to see you leave RawSpiceBar but you can cancel your account online, via My Account, at any time for any reason.

Can you send a tracking number?

  • We ship via USPS First Class Mail which unfortunately does not allow for tracking. Please send us a message if you haven’t received your order by the 20th of the month and we will take care of it immediately!
