Whether you signed up at the very beginning (December 2014!) or you’re still considering joining, we’re here to guide you through your RawSpiceBar account. Just consult this guide to navigate your My Account section for email & billing changes, address updates, lost passwords and payment information.
Email and Password
Click here if you’ve forgotten your password—you’ll receive an email at the address associated with your account.
Not receiving the email? It’s possible there’s a typo in your email address in our system, or a different email is associated with your account. Reach out to us with your shipping address and first and last name so we can fix it!

Visit your Account Settings while logged into your account. Beneath “My Addresses,” click “edit” to update or change your billing or shipping address anytime.
Update Payment Methods
Log in and visit your Account Settings while logged into your account. Click “view” next to your active subscriptions. From here you can update your payment method. If your subscription has stopped, updating your payment information will automatically renew it.
Other Account Changes
To make changes to the first and last name or your email address on your account — just click Edit My Account while logged in to adjust.
