Vinegar BBQ Sauce
- RawSpiceBar's Memphis BBQ Rub
- 2 tbsp salt
- 2 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4 cup distilled white vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- To make the mop, whisk together the vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and RawSpiceBar's Memphis BBQ Rub in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Use mop liberally to brush ribs, tofu, portobello mushrooms, or any other hearty ingredient just before putting on the grill. Brush liberally with vinegar mop every 15 minutes, until cooked.
