Vegan Oat Banana Pancakes - Healthy

Easy vegan banana pancakes, whipped up in a blender with no refined sugar and 6 global spice blends to mix it up! Recipe yields 6-9 pancakes. 

INGREDIENTS

1 cup rolled oats
1 cup almond milk (or any)
1/3 cup whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
Pinch kosher salt
1 ripe banana, medium
Coconut oil for cooking

1 teaspoon any of RawSpiceBar's Spices:
Saigon cinnamon
Chai masala
Cardamom summer
Hawaij
Gingerbread spices
Pumpkin pie spices
Apple pie spices

Directions

1. Add all ingredients to a blender and mix over medium low speed.
2. Heat a nonstick griddle to medium high heat. Add 1/4 cup batter in circles. Sprinkle with fruit, nuts or chocolate chips. Flip after 2-3 minutes and cook another minute or two on the other side.
3. Top with anything you like and enjoy!
