Vadouvan Spice Roasted Butternut Squash

INGREDIENTS 

RawSpiceBar’s Indo-French Vadouvan
2 pounds butternut squash
3-4 tsp kosher salt
4-5 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, sliced

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl or container, mix the squash, oil, and RawSpiceBar’s Indo-French Vadouvan until evenly coated.
  3. Spread squash out evenly on prepared baking sheet, making sure the pieces don’t touch.
  4. Roast for 30-35 minutes, or until browned.
