RawSpiceBar’s Indo-French Vadouvan
2 pounds butternut squash
3-4 tsp kosher salt
4-5 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, sliced
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl or container, mix the squash, oil, and RawSpiceBar’s Indo-French Vadouvan until evenly coated.
- Spread squash out evenly on prepared baking sheet, making sure the pieces don’t touch.
- Roast for 30-35 minutes, or until browned.
