INGREDIENTS6 hard-boiled eggs
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp RawSpiceBar's Urfa Biber
Kosher salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Small bunch parsley & chives, chopped
DIRECTIONS1. Peel and chop boiled eggs into diced chunks.
2. In a bowl, combine eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, RawSpiceBar's Urfa Biber, and salt.
3. To serve, spread on toasted bread, and top with salt, pepper, and chopped parsley & chives.
