9 garlic cloves, minced
9 shallots, minced
1 inch ginger, minced
Bunch, fresh basil leaves, chopped
Bunch, fresh coriander leaves, choppedVegetable oilSalt, to taste
3 oz shrimp paste, optional

1. Add vegetable oil to medium size skillet and add minced shallots and salt. Cook 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently, and add RawSpiceBar's Thai Curry Powder, chiles, garlic, ginger and shrimp paste. Stir frequently, until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. 2. In blender, add mix, fresh basil, coriander and kaffir lime and whizz into a smooth paste.
