Tandoori Chicken Tenders


4 chicken breasts, boneless skinless
1 cup plain low fat yogurt
4 cloves garlic, mince
1 lemon, juice
1 inch fresh ginger, minced
2 tablespoon RawSpiceBar's Tandoori Masala
1-2 cups panko breadcrumbs
Salt, to taste


Add chicken breasts to a large resealable plastic bag or glass dish.
In a small bowl, combine yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, ginger, salt & tandoori masala. Add to chicken and let marinate, at least 1 hour to overnight. 
Pre-heat oven to 425 F.  Dip chicken in panko breadcrumbs and add to prepared baking sheet. Bake, 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until cooked. Serve as is or diced with yogurt, lemon, naan, rice or mint and enjoy!
