Chinese Five Spiced Walnuts

Smoky, sweet & deeply flavorful spiced walnuts, with 6 different spices. Roasted walnuts for an easy, healthy snack or salad topper. 


5 cups walnuts
Kosher salt, to taste
1/3 cup honey

1 tbsp any of RawSpiceBar's spices and blends:

Garam masala
Pumpkin pie spices
Herbes de provence
Tandoori masala
Malaysian curry powder
Shichimi togarashi



1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 
2. Combine spices, honey, and salt to taste in a large bowl. 
3. Add walnuts and coat thoroughly.
4. Place walnuts on baking sheet and roast, 15-20 minutes. Let cool, serve & enjoy!
