Sous Vide Chicken Wings

A sous vide chicken wings recipe that makes it easy to achieve perfectly cooked, golden, crispy, finger licking good chicken with a crispy brown crust.


2 lbs chicken wings 
½ cup RawSpiceBar's BBQ Memphis Rib Rub or Smoked Chicken Rub
4 tbsp butter
Kosher salt, to taste


1. Set sous vide to 150 degrees F. Pat chicken wings dry and rub with salt and your favorite RawSpiceBar freshly ground spice rub blend. Add to 2 gallon zip bags with 2 tbsp butter each and seal.
2. Sous vide for 2 hours. Remove from water bath and broil wings until crispy, about 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
