Smoked Paprika Cacao Chicken

Servings: 4

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 tbsp RawSpiceBar's Paprika Cacao
Juice from 1 lemon
Vegetable oil, drizzle
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts 
Kosher salt, to taste

DIRECTIONS

    1. Cut the chicken breasts in half horizontally and lay each between two sheets of cling film. Bash with a rolling pin until about 1/2 inch thick.

    2. Pat chicken bread dry. Squeeze lemon juice over the chicken and rub with RawSpiceBar's Smoked Paprika Cacao. Season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with oil.  Lay on a hot griddle pan or grill and cook for 3-4 mins on each side until charred and cooked through.  Serve & enjoy!
