1 1/2 tbsp RawSpiceBar's Paprika Cacao
Juice from 1 lemon
Vegetable oil, drizzle
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
Kosher salt, to taste
Cut the chicken breasts in half horizontally and lay each between two sheets of cling film. Bash with a rolling pin until about 1/2 inch thick.
Pat chicken bread dry. Squeeze lemon juice over the chicken and rub with RawSpiceBar's Smoked Paprika Cacao. Season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with oil. Lay on a hot griddle pan or grill and cook for 3-4 mins on each side until charred and cooked through. Serve & enjoy!
