3 tablespoons olive oil
6 tbsp brown sugar
6 tbsp cup soy sauce
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 lemon, juice and zest
1 tbsp RawSpiceBar's Salmon Seasoning
Kosher salt, to taste
Steamed broccoli, asparagus, brown rice or salad to serve, optional
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil. Lay the salmon on top and sprinkle with salmon seasoning, salt and pepper. Fold up the sides of the aluminum foil around the salmon.
2. Combine olive oil, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice and zest in a small bowl. Pour the glaze over the salmon. Top the salmon with aluminum foil and seal.
3. Bake, 20-25 minutes or until salmon is cooked through. Baste salmon with remaining sauce and broil, 3-5 minutes until brown. Garnish with lemon to taste and serve with salad, brown rice, quinoa or steamed veggies like zucchini, asparagus or broccoli.
