1 block of organic extra-firm tofu, diced
3 tbsp soy sauce
1-inch fresh ginger, minced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp light miso
2 tbsp mirin
1 tbsp dark sesame oil
3 tbsp grapeseed oil
3 cups cooked brown rice
1 cup greens of choice
RawSpiceBar’s Shichimi Togarashi
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a sheet pan with parchment. Pat each slice of tofu dry with paper towels.
- Whisk together RawSpiceBar’s Shichimi Togarashi, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, honey, lime juice, miso, mirin, and oils. Pour into a dish with tofu. Leave to marinate 15 minutes, turning once or twice. Transfer to baking sheet and place in oven, let roast 15 to 20 minutes, turning once.
- Serve with brown rice, scallions and vegetables like kimchi or bok choy and enjoy!
