Shichimi Togarashi Avocado Toast


1 slice bread
Extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 avocado
2 poached eggs
Thinly sliced scallion, to garnish
RawSpiceBar’s Shichimi Togarashi
Salt, to taste


1. Lightly brush bread with olive oil and toast to desired level of doneness.
2. Meanwhile, mash avocado and salt in a bowl. Top toast with avocado mixture and top with scallion.
3. Sprinkle with RawSpiceBar’s Shichimi Togarashi to taste and serve.
