Roasted Sweet Potato Wedges With Garam Masala Spices
Easy, healthy roasted sweet potato wedges with garam masala spices for an Indian inspired side dish or snack!
3-4 tbsp RawSpiceBar's Garam Masala
Kosher salt, to taste
2 lbs. medium sweet potatoes
4 tbsp vegetable oil
1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Combine garam masala and kosher salt to taste.
2. Cut potatoes lengthwise into 1-inch wedges. Toss wedges with oil and spices in a large bowl.
3. Transfer potatoes to roasting pan and roast, 35-45 minutes, turning halfway through. Season to taste & enjoy!
