Berbere Roasted Chickpeas

These spicy, crunchy and super addictive berbere roasted chickpeas are healthy and flavor packed with Ethiopian spices -  the perfect snack!


2 15 oz. cans chickpeas, thoroughly drained and rinsed
2 tbsp olive oil
Kosher salt, to taste
1 tbsp RawSpiceBar Berbere Spice


1. Heat the oven to 400°F and arrange a rack in the middle.
2. Place the chickpeas in a large bowl and toss with the remaining ingredients, including Berbere Spice, until evenly coated. Spread the chickpeas in an even layer on a rimmed baking sheet and bake until crisp, about 30 to 40 minutes.
