Ras el Hanout Baked Cauliflower


For cauliflower

3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp RawSpiceBar’s Ras el Hanout
1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
2 lemons, cut into wedges

For sauce

2 tbsp. tahini
Juice from 2 lemons
1 tbsp RawSpiceBar’s Ras el Hanout
1/2 c. water
Salt and pepper to taste


1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper or grease.
2. Combine oil, tahini, and 1 tbsp Ras el Hanout in a large bowl. Add cauliflower, and toss to coat. Add cauliflower to prepared baking sheet, and roast 20 to 25 minutes, or until browned and dry, stirring once or twice.
3. For tahini sauce, whisk together tahini, lemon juice, and 1 tbsp Ras el Hanout with 1/2 cup water in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Transfer cauliflower to platter, and drizzle with tahini sauce just before serving. Serve with lemon wedges and enjoy!
