These quinoa beet burgers are delicious, filling and super flavorful - whichever way you season them. Try the patties served on a salad or on a bun with aioli and lettuce, tomato, avocado and onion. Vegan, gluten-free and vegetarian.
3 beets, grated
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tbsp avocado or olive oil
1/2 white onion, diced
Kosher salt, to taste
1/2 cup quinoa, cooked
1/4 cup panko
1/2 cup oats
1 tbsp RawSpiceBar's Ras el Hanout
1. In a blender or food processor, add all ingredients except oil and blend to combine.
2. Divide into patties and pack down firmly, into 3/4" inch thickness. Set on baking sheet or plate.
3. Turn grill or skillet to medium high heat and brush surface with oil. Cook, 3-4 minutes per side, until browned.
