Pumpkin Spice Vodka


RawSpiceBar's pumpkin pie spices
2 inches fresh ginger, sliced
2 ½ cups vodka
2 cups sugar
1 cup water


1. In a sealable quart jar, combine RawSpiceBar's pumpkin pie spice with ginger and vodka. Seal and steep for 2 days, shaking twice a day.

2. After 2 days, strain solids and transfer them to a small saucepan with the sugar and water. Bring to simmer and cook until the sugar dissolves, 2 minutes. Let cool.

3. Strain the syrup into the jar with the infused vodka and shake to combine. Serve on the rocks or in your favorite cocktails.
