Pumpkin Spice Donuts

Ingredients
1 tsp RawSpiceBar’s Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 large eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. pumpkin purée
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 3/4 c. flour
3 tbsp cinnamon sugar
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Beat together oil, eggs, sugar, pumpkin purée, spices, salt, and baking powder until smooth. Add flour to mixture and combine.
- Pour batter into greased doughnut or muffin pans and bake, 15-18 minutes, longer if muffins. Remove and let cool.
- While doughnuts are still warm, but not fragile, shake gently in a bag with the cinnamon-sugar. Serve and enjoy!
