Boneless, skinless chicken breasts in a Spanish smoked paprika marinade- ready in under 30 minutes. A high quality smoked paprika makes all the difference in this dish (as with any spices!)- feel free to use sweet or hot, depending on your flavor preference.
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced and pounded to 1/4" thick
3 tbsp Spanish smoked paprika
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Salt & pepper, to taste
1. In a small bowl, combine smoked paprika, garlic, pepper, salt, and olive oil to create a paste.
2. Add paste to chicken on both sides and let marinate, 20 minutes to a few hours.
3. Turn oven to broil and add chicken breast to foil lined baking sheet. Broil, 5-7 minutes on each side. Serve with rice or salad and enjoy!
