4 cups fresh corn
1 tbsp RawSpiceBar's Chaat Masala
Juice of 1 lime
1/4 c. cilantro
Pepper, to taste
1. Roast corn ears on grill or in oven until slightly charred and cooked. Allow to cool and slice off kernels. Mix with chaat masala, lime, cilantro, and pepper. Serve and enjoy!
