Paleo Protein Pancakes - Gluten Free, Healthy

Easy paleo banana pancakes (also gluten free!) whipped up in a blender with no refined sugar, just oats and loads of healthy proteins. With 6 global spice blends to mix it up! Recipe yields 6-9 pancakes. 

INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup coconut flour
2 ripe bananas, mashed
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoons baking powder
Pinch kosher salt
1 cup almond meal or almond flour

1 teaspoon any of RawSpiceBar's Spices:
Saigon cinnamon
Chai masala
Cardamom summer
Hawaij
Gingerbread spices
Pumpkin pie spices
Apple pie spices


Directions

1. Add all ingredients to a blender and mix over medium low speed.
2. Heat a nonstick griddle to medium high heat. Add 1/4 cup batter in circles. Sprinkle with fruit, nuts or chocolate chips. Flip after 2-3 minutes and cook another minute or two on the other side.
3. Top with anything you like and enjoy!
