Paleo Banana Bread - Easy, Healthy, Gluten Free
3 very ripe bananas, mashed
6 large eggs,
3 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
3 tablespoons almond butter
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
3/4 cup coconut flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch kosher salt
1 tsp any of RawSpiceBar's spices:

Apple pie spices
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 9×5-inch metal loaf pan with parchment paper, and lightly coat with nonstick spray.
2. In a large bowl, mash bananas. Whisk in the eggs, maple syrup, almond butter, and vanilla. Add coconut flour, spices, baking soda, and salt and combine. Pour batter into the pan.
3. Bake, 50-60 minutes, until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
4. Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack for 30 minutes. Slice and serve!
