Oven Baked Fried Chicken

By 1 1/3 cups of flour
3 tbsp RawSpiceBar's Chicken Seasoning
4 tbsp butter or margarine
2 large eggs
8 pieces chicken thighs, legs or breast, skin on


1. Whisk together flour and spices in a medium sized bowl. Grease a baking sheet and set aside.
2. Beat the eggs in a small bowl. Pat chicken dry and dip into flour mixture and cover it completely.
3. Dip it into the egg mixture, then into the flour mixture again for a second coat.
Place on the baking sheet. Repeat. Place in fridge for half an hour. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
4. Melt the margarine ( or butter!) and drizzle evenly over the top of the chicken pieces. Bake, 30-40 minutes until cooked.
