Originating as far back as the 13th century, zaatar is a Turkish cook’s closely guarded secret, bringing a pop of flavor to every dish it touches. Thyme and toasted sesame seeds give our freshly ground zaatar a nutty flavor- balanced by floral herbs and acidic sumac.
