Cardamom Blackberry Peach Crumble


4 apples, peeled and cored
4 cups blackberries or blueberries
2 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1/2 cup chopped almonds or walnuts
1 tbsp Cardamom Summer
8 tbsp butter, melted
Salt, to taste


1. Preheat an oven to 325°F.  Combine berries, apples, cornstarch and sugar. Add to circular 12-14 inches in diameter. 

2. In a bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, oats, nuts, Cardamom Summer & pinch salt. Drizzle with the melted butter and toss with a fork to combine. Sprinkle the crumble mixture evenly over the fruit. Bake until golden and crisp, 45 to 50 minutes. Serve warm & enjoy!
