Easy Oat Banana Pancakes - Healthy, Gluten Free

Ingredients

1/2 cup almond milk
3 eggs
1 very ripe banana, mashed
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
2 tsp baking powder
Kosher salt, to taste

1 teaspoon any of RawSpiceBar's Spices:
Saigon cinnamon
Chai masala
Cardamom summer
Hawaij
Gingerbread spices
Pumpkin pie spices
Apple pie spices

Directions

1. Add all ingredients in a blender, or mix by hand in a bowl until smooth.
2. Heat skillet over medium heat with oil or butter. Pour pancake batter into skillet in circles.
3. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side. Turn over and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Serve with toppings of choice and enjoy!
