Mushroom Swiss Burger
The ultimate mushroom swiss burger. Juicy, shiitake and spices packed.
1 tbsp RawSpiceBar's Burger Seasoning
2 lbs pastured ground beef
1/2 onion, diced
Kosher salt and pepper, to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
Directions1. In a food processor, pulse burger seasoning, black pepper, cumin, onion, salt, olive oil and vinegar to form a chunky paste.
2.Heat grill to 450 degrees F and oil. In a large bowl, combine paste with beef and shape into patties. Add burgers to grill and grill to preferred doneness, about 3-4 minutes per side. Enjoy!
