Mojo Sauce, Cuban Style

This Cuban style mojo sauce is garlicky, orangey and packed with Mexican spices like Mexican oregano and roasted cumin. Use as a marinade or chicken or pork or use as a dip for plantains, potatoes or french fries. Enjoy!


8 cloves garlic, minced1/2 cup orange juice1 lime, juice
1/3 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon Mexican oregano
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste


1. In a mortar, combine garlic and salt to form a paste. Then, in a small bowl, combine garlic paste, orange juice, oil, Mexican oregano, ground cumin. Season to taste.
