Mexican Spaghetti

Spicy pork sausage meat with freshly ground Mexican spices like crushed chili flakes, garlic, onions and tomatoes over spaghetti. What could be better?


12 oz spaghetti
1 tbsp RawSpiceBar's freshly ground taco seasoning or 1 tsp Mexican oregano, 1 tsp roasted ground cumin and 2 tsp chili powder
1 lb spicy pork sausage or ground beef
15 oz canned whole tomatoes
3 garlic cloves, minced
8 oz diced green chiles
1 onion, diced


1. Add spaghetti to pot of boiling water and cook until al dente.
2. In large skillet over medium high heat, add spicy pork sausage or beef and cook until browned through. Add onions and saute, 5-6 minutes. Add taco seasoning and garlic and saute, another 2-3 minutes. Add whole tomatoes (drained), salt, pepper, corn, green chilies, and onions and saute, another 3-4 minutes. Add tomato juices and season to taste. Toss pasta with sauce, sprinkle with cheese and enjoy!
