1 onion, diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 inch ginger, minced
2 cups whole canned tomatoes
1 fresh red chili, minced
1 tbsp garam masala
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
10 oz paneer
1 cup green peas
Kosher salt & pepper, to taste
Vegetable oil

1. In a large skillet, add oil over medium-high heat. Add onions, salt and pepper and cook, 5-6 minutes, until translucent. Add garlic, chiles, ginger and spices and cook until fragrant, 3-4 minutes. Add tomatoes and cover and cook, 5-7 minutes until tomatoes begin to brown.
2. Whisk yogurt in a bowl, and add the onion tomato mixture in batches to bowl.
3. Blend into a smooth sauce with hand blender (or leave as is). Add yogurt back to pan over medium heat.
4. Add peas and paneer and simmer, 10-15 minutes. Serve with rice or naan and enjoy!
