RawSpiceBar's Jerk Seasoning
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 inch ginger, minced
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 fresh habanero chili
1 lb. raw large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 cup vegetable oil
Kosher salt, to taste
Limes, cilantro, grilled pineapple, to serve
1. In a food processor or blender, combine RawSpiceBar's Jerk Seasoning, garlic, habanero, ginger, brown sugar, vegetable oil, salt to taste and blend.
2. Pour marinade over shrimp and coat. Cover and refrigerate, 2-4 hours. If desired, skewer shrimp for easier grilling.
3. Preheat grill to high heat and grill shrimp, 5-6 minutes, turning to char on all sides.
4. Serve with lime wedges, grilled pineapple, cilantro, salt to taste and enjoy!
